Life, Love, and Smell: rue-by-another-name the biggest lie i ever told & how came to protect it my husband for years I have lived this lie telling everyone i am allergic to peanuts because i hate the smell of peanut butter and don't really like peanut butter that much but whenever i used to tell people i don't like peanut butter theyd get all defensive like "peanut butter is amazing how do you not like it?! and then rd have to go into this whole thing to defend my taste buds but then i got tired of it and started telling people that i'm just allergic to peanuts because that way it's not my fault that i hate the smell of peanut butter -it's now like I'm a sad little baby who will never get to taste peanut butter ever in her life and everyone feels sad for me but the problem is that i really love peanut m&ms and so now i can only eat peanut m&ms when im at home in secret. the only person who knows my lie is my husband and so at work this evening we had a small celebration for someone and they had peanut m&ms and i really wanted some but obviousty couldn't eat them in public because then people would know my peanut secret and so when we got home after work my husband tipped his jacket over and emptied his pockets and at least thirty or so peanut m&ms fell out of his pockets and he whispered, "i was sneakily accumulating them all night for you because i could see the pain in your eyes and if that isn't love then i don't know what is All because of Peanut M&Ms..

for years I have lived this lie telling everyone i am allergic to peanuts because i
hate the smell of peanut butter and don't really like peanut butter that much but
whenever i used to tell people i don't like peanut butter theyd get all defensive
like "peanut butter is amazing how do you not like it?! and then rd have to go
into this whole thing to defend my taste buds
but then i got tired of it and started telling people that i'm just allergic to
peanuts because that way it's not my fault that i hate the smell of peanut butter
-it's now like I'm a sad little baby who will never get to taste peanut butter ever
in her life and everyone feels sad for me
but the problem is that i really love peanut m&ms and so now i can only eat
peanut m&ms when im at home in secret. the only person who knows my lie is
my husband and so at work this evening we had a small celebration for
someone and they had peanut m&ms and i really wanted some but obviousty
couldn't eat them in public because then people would know my peanut secret
and so when we got home after work my husband tipped his jacket over and
emptied his pockets and at least thirty or so peanut m&ms fell out of his
pockets and he whispered, "i was sneakily accumulating them all night for you
because i could see the pain in your eyes

I鈥檝e never felt as loved as I did being a part of the BACA family. They also gave me dog tags with the names, and phone numbers of my 2 workers.聽 So I can call them whenever I feel scared.聽
BACA is an absolutely wonderful group that will do everything in it鈥檚 power to help any child whos been abused.聽
And it doesn鈥檛 end when you鈥檙e 18 either. As long as you get in contact/get your level 1 before you鈥檙e 18? you鈥檙e ALWAYS a BACA kid. I鈥檓 18 now and they still invite me to parties, ask me if I鈥檓 okay, and are there for me. They鈥檙e still trying to find me resources for therapy.聽
BACA has changed my fucking life.聽
I hope you all can read this, and reblog it knowing from someone who fucking been with them, that they are absolutely amazing.聽

Jesus was a healthy young man, who worked manual labor and walked everywhere. The average male in Biblical times was 5鈥1鈥 and about 110 pounds so call it 50kg or 50,000 grams. So 200,000 wafers to make up a whole Jesus. At one wafer a week that鈥檚 3846 to eat a whole Jesus at weekly communion. If you went to Mass daily you could do it in under 550 years. 1000 communion wafers from Amazon costs $15, so acquiring a Jesus load would set you back about $3000 But that鈥檚 just the body. Jesus also bade his followers to drink his blood. How much of that Jesus communion wafer supply needs to be replaced with communion wine to account for his blood, and how much of that would need to be consumed to have drunk all his blood as well? The human body contains roughly 5 liters of blood. Communion wine costs about $66 for a case of 12 x 750 ml bottles (9000 ml). So half a case is 4500 ml, or close enough if Jesus was on the small side which is reasonable given what we know of the times. Thus, Jesus鈥 blood would be about 6 bottles of communion wine, costing $33. How much of his weight was his blood, now? We can bring down the wafer count. Osnap what an excellent question. Water has a specific gravity of 1.0 and weighs 1kg/liter. Wine has a specific gravity if 1.5 thus weighs 1.5kg per liter. 4.5L of wine would weigh 6.75kg or about 15 pounds. Reducing the wafer load by 6.75kg yields 43.25kg so call it 161,000 wafers or $2450 and change. @danbensen Full Metal Eucharist The Unholy Union of Catholic Tumblr and Math Tumblr This is one of those posts I will absolutely email to every pastor I know. @garpfloyd If you just buy a sack of wafers, that鈥檚 just bread. To get the transubstatntiation going you need to have a priest perform the full ritual over them. By which I mean an entire Mass for every like, plateful? If you cut out the songs and use pretty short readings you could probably get one churned out every half-hour or so鈥
