Kwame Brown: "Bonafide scrub" were the words Stephen A. Smith used to describe Kwame Brown, and if you want a real good laugh watch the video in my bio! Kwame was really just terrible. He had no skill, was slow, immature and never showed any signs of being worthy of even a first round pick. He really was just terrible and had no drive. The fact he was traded for Pau Gasol, and Caron Butler before that still amazes me. What's worse is he somehow lasted 12 seasons. And every year was a huge disappointment. β€’ 1. Darko Milicic: "This dude is going to be the next Dirk' said every scout in 2003. The Pistons changed the corse of the NBA with this pick. They were already a loaded team looking to add another piece on route to trying to win a championship (Which the did Darko's rookie season in 04'!!)What makes him such a bust, aside from the pathetic numbers was the fact he was drafted before Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Carmelo Anthony! Imagine if Detroit had selected one of them. They could have had a dynasty, (and Melo may have had a ring... that would have elevated his legacy so much. And to make things more dramatic, Melo was drafted with the next pick. Poor guy can't catch a break. If he went to Detroit, Carmelo would have gotten the credit he deserves. - nba nbadebate debate
