 outside methadone clinics on
 Saturdays, when people would get 2
 doses to cover Sunday too.
 Undercovers would pretend to be in
 withdrawal & beg for someone's
 extra dose. If someone was kind
 enough to give it to them, they got
 arrested. For a felony.
