The nuclear rant (a timeless classic in my opinion): "Look, having nuclear – my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smart – you know, if you're a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the world – it's true! - but when you're a conservative Republican they try – oh, do they do a number – that's why I always start off. Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune – you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we're a little disadvantaged – but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me – it would have been so easy, and it's not as important as these lives are (nuclear is powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what's going to happen and he was right – who would have thought?), but when you look at what's going on with the four prisoners – now it used to be three, now it's four - but when it was three and even now, I would have said it's all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don't, they haven't figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it's gonna take them about another 150 years Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us." but the Persians are great negotiators, the 15.b. The windmill rant (my current favorite): "We'll have an economy based on wind. I never understood wind. You know, I know windmills very much. I've studied it better than anybody. I know it's very expensive. They're made in China and Germany mostly – very few made here, almost none. But they're manufactured tremendous – if you're into this – tremendous fumes. Gases are spewing into the atmosphere. You know we have a world, right? So the world is tiny compared to the universe. So tremendous, tremendous amount of fumes and everything. You talk about the carbon footprint – fumes are spewing into the air. Right? Spewing. Whether it's in China, Germany, it's going into the air. It's our air, their air, everything – right? So they make these things and then they put them up." Which includes wonderful zingers like: "I never understood wind. You know, I know windmills very much. I've studied it better than anybody." This is a HUGE failure on behalf of Trump and his administration. When we pulled out of the TPP, China began leading their own talks of a new trade partnership in the pacific. without the US. It was an absolutely stupid move on Trump's part and I don't know how he didn't see that coming, considering he's such a great* businessman and all. Starting with the obstruction justice ones (#2, 3, 4, 5)... It's pretty easy to prove this one. [1] Trump asks Comey to end investigation into his campaign. [2] Trump fires Comey when Comey refuses. [3] Trump tries to fire Mueller (who's investigating Trump for firing Comey). [4] Trump orders McGahn to lie about him trying to fire Mueller. This is a pretty clear indication that Trump has tried to obstruct two investigations regarding himself. Now that we know the chain of events we can go into more detail for each one: [1] Trump asked Comey to end the investigation into his campaign. [Source] https://www.wsj.com/../trump-asked-comey-to-drop- flynn. [Source] https://www.nytimes.com/../james-comey-trump- flynn.. [Source] https://www.washingtonpost.com 1.152351a38-3a80-11e7. [Source] https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada- 47983489 [Source] https://www.justice.gov/storage/report.pdf Ironic, huh? In summary, Trump tried to fire the investigator that was investigating whether he fired the other investigator to end an investigation into him.. He literally committed the crime AGAIN to the guy investigating the crime. [4] Trump ordered a White House lawyer (Don McGahn) to lie to Mueller's investigators. McGahn was directed by Trump to tell Mueller that Trump never tried to fire Mueller. McGahn reported Trump's request back to Mueller. [Source] https://www.independent.co.uk/./mueller-testimony- trump. [Source] https://www.justice.gov/storage/report.pdf WSJ.COM Trump Asked Comey to Drop Flynn Investigation, According to Memo... Like - Reply - Remove Preview - 1h Now for the juicy one, the Ukraine scandal. This one is tied to item #1 on the list of illegal things Trump has done that I posted earlier, and is in violation of 52 U.S. Code § 30121. The timeline of events for this go like this: [1] Pentagon certifies Ukraine had taken 'substantial actions' to clean up corruption, green lighting military aid in May. [2] Trump orders $400M in military aid to Ukraine to be withheld. Trump's reason is that Ukraine had made no efforts to fight corruption (even though the Pentagon made a report stating the opposite two months before). [3] Trump asks Zelensky to look into Biden, Trump's main political rival, for corruption. [4] A CIA whistleblower releases a complaint regarding Trump's investigation request and the withholding of aid. [5] The Washington Post reports the news of the whistleblower's request to the public. [6] Military aid to Ukraine resumes after the story leaks (what a coincidence, huh?). TL:DR Trump halted aid to Ukraine, Trump asked Ukraine to investigate his main political opponent in the 2020 race, a whistleblower found out and the news was released to the public, and then Trump resumed aid. But is this proof? The proof that Trump made the Ukraine aid contingent upon investigating his political rival rests on a few things: [1] That he knew the basis for investigating Biden was BS. [2] That he knew that basis for withholding aid was BS. Trump either used the aid as leverage for investigating his main rival in the 2020 race, or he knew that Ukraine had not made progress towards fighting corruption and that Biden warranted an investigation. The problem for Trump is that the Pentagon, which was in charge of determining whether Ukraine had been fighting internal corruption, determined that Ukraine had made great progress in fighting corruption and green lit military aid form the US going forward in May. [Source] https://www.congress.gov/bll/115th-congress/house- bill/5515 [Source] https://www.foxnews.com/./pentagon-ukraine- corruption. [Source] https://www.npr.org/./pentagon-letter-undercuts- trump. So that gives us a very good reason to believe that Trump was not withholding aid for good reason. It has been debunked by multiple reputable news sites and even the Pentagon itself. [Source] https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada- 50323605 But we still need to figure out if Trump knew the basis for investigating Biden was BS. "As of October 2019, there is no evidence that Biden acted to protect his son's involvement with Burisma, although Trump, Giuliani, and their allies have fueled speculation." "Mr Trump has alleged, without evidence, that Mr Biden pressed for the sacking of a Ukrainian prosecutor to protect a business that employed his son." (BBC) "We found no evidence to support the idea that Joe Biden advocated with his son's interests in mind, as the message suggests. It's not even clear that the company was actively under investigation or that a change in prosecutors benefited it." (Politifact) [Source] https:/lwww.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada- 49856788 [Source] https://www.politifact.com/../fact-checking-joe- biden./ [Source] https://www.nytimes.com/../politics/biden-son- ukraine.html So it seems that there was no basis, both at the time that Trump ordered the investigation and currently, for an investigation into Biden. So, we can safely say that Trump made military aid to Ukraine contingent upon Ukraine launching a bogus investigation into his main political rival. Aka, Quid Pro Quo. Aka, violation of 52 U.S. Code § 30121. CONGRESS.GOV H.R.5515 - 115th Congress (2017-2018): John S. McCain... CONGRESS.GOV Like Reply Remove Preview 39m Now we have to see if we can prove #6, 8, 10, 11, and 14 [6] Did the 2016 Trump campaign accept help from Russia? From the Wikipedia article on the Mueller report: ".the report stated that Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was illegal and occurred "in sweeping and systematic fashion", but was welcomed by the Trump campaign as it expected to benefit from such efforts. It also identifies links between Trump campaign officials and individuals with ties to the Russian government, about which several persons connected to the campaign made false statements and obstructed investigations." As Mueller said himself, he wasn't able to collect enough evidence to make a firm decision. Did the Mueller report say it was likely? Oh yeah. Was there enough evidence to be 100% sure? Nope. [8] 17 women have accused him of sexual misconduct. "Accused" is the key word there. Did it probably happen? Yep. Is there enough evidence to be 100% sure? Nope. Although, when you take a look at the things Trump has said. "I moved on her, and I failed. I'l admit it. I did try and fuck her. She was married. And I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, "Ill show you where they have some nice furniture." I took her out furnitureH moved on her like a bitch. But I couldn't get there. And she was married. Then all of a sudden I see her, she's now got the big phony tits and everything. She's totally changed her look." "I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful- just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab 'em by the pussy. You can do anything." ...I wouldn't be surprised if it were true. The dude is a creep. But there has been no 100% provable evidence that he's guilty of the crimes, at least that I know of. Here are some reasons for why he's not such a great president in
general. These don't necessarily mean these are reasons to be

 world.
 12. Trumps own opinion:
When asked what he thought of Hillary Clinton winning the election,
he said that being a president while being under criminal
investigation would make it 'impossible for her to govern'. Trump has
been under investigation for most of his presidency, and it seems he
was right about not being able to govern while under investigation.

 15. Signs of dementia:
15.a. The nuclear rant (a timeless classic in my opinion):
"Look, having nuclear – my uncle was a great professor and
scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very
good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very
good, very smart – you know, if you're a conservative Republican, if
I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would
say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the world – it's true!
 - but when you're a conservative Republican they try – oh, do they
do a number – that's why I always start off. Went to Wharton, was
a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune –
you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because
we're a little disadvantaged – but you look at the nuclear deal, the
thing that really bothers me – it would have been so easy, and it's
not as important as these lives are (nuclear is powerful; my uncle
explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was
35 years ago; he would explain the power of what's going to happen
and he was right – who would have thought?), but when you look at
what's going on with the four prisoners – now it used to be three,
now it's four - but when it was three and even now, I would have
said it's all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you
know, they don't, they haven't figured that the women are smarter
right now than the men, so, you know, it's gonna take them about
 another 150 years
Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they
 just killed us."
but the Persians are great negotiators, the
15.b. The windmill rant (my current favorite):
"We'll have an economy based on wind. I never understood wind.
You know, I know windmills very much. I've studied it better than
anybody. I know it's very expensive. They're made in China and
Germany mostly – very few made here, almost none. But they're
manufactured tremendous – if you're into this – tremendous
fumes. Gases are spewing into the atmosphere. You know we have
a world, right? So the world is tiny compared to the universe. So
tremendous, tremendous amount of fumes and everything. You talk
about the carbon footprint – fumes are spewing into the air. Right?
Spewing. Whether it's in China, Germany, it's going into the air. It's
our air, their air, everything – right? So they make these things and
 then they put them up."
 Which includes wonderful zingers like:
"I never understood wind. You know, I know windmills very much. I've
 studied it better than anybody."
"You know we have a world, right? So the world is tiny compared to
 the universe."

This is a HUGE failure on behalf of Trump and his administration.
When we pulled out of the TPP, China began leading their own talks

 That's a really good point, I
can dive more deeply into those for you.
 Starting with the obstruction
 justice ones (#2, 3, 4, 5)...
It's pretty easy to prove this one.
[1] Trump asks Comey to end investigation into his campaign.
[2] Trump fires Comey when Comey refuses.
[3] Trump tries to fire Mueller (who's investigating Trump for
 firing Comey).
[4] Trump orders McGahn to lie about him trying to fire
 Mueller.
This is a pretty clear indication that Trump has tried to
 obstruct two investigations regarding himself.
Now that we know the chain of events we can go into more
 detail for each one:
 [1]
Trump asked Comey to end the investigation into his
 campaign.

 Ironic, huh?
In summary, Trump tried to fire the investigator that was
investigating whether he fired the other investigator to end an
investigation into him.. He literally committed the crime
AGAIN to the guy investigating the crime.

Now for the juicy one, the Ukraine scandal.
This one is tied to item #1 on the list of illegal things Trump
has done that I posted earlier, and is in violation of 52 U.S.
 Code § 30121.
The timeline of events for this go like this:
[1] Pentagon certifies Ukraine had taken 'substantial actions'
to clean up corruption, green lighting military aid in May.
[2] Trump orders $400M in military aid to Ukraine to be
withheld. Trump's reason is that Ukraine had made no efforts
to fight corruption (even though the Pentagon made a report
stating the opposite two months before).
[3] Trump asks Zelensky to look into Biden, Trump's main
 political rival, for corruption.
[4] A CIA whistleblower releases a complaint regarding
Trump's investigation request and the withholding of aid.
[5] The Washington Post reports the news of the
 whistleblower's request to the public.
[6] Military aid to Ukraine resumes after the story leaks (what
 a coincidence, huh?).
 TL:DR
Trump halted aid to Ukraine, Trump asked Ukraine to
investigate his main political opponent in the 2020 race, a
whistleblower found out and the news was released to the
public, and then Trump resumed aid.
 But is this proof?
The proof that Trump made the Ukraine aid contingent upon
investigating his political rival rests on a few things:
[1] That he knew the basis for investigating Biden was BS.
[2] That he knew that basis for withholding aid was BS.
Trump either used the aid as leverage for investigating his
main rival in the 2020 race, or he knew that Ukraine had not
made progress towards fighting corruption and that Biden
 warranted an investigation.
The problem for Trump is that the Pentagon, which was in
charge of determining whether Ukraine had been fighting
internal corruption, determined that Ukraine had made great
progress in fighting corruption and green lit military aid form
the US going forward in May.
 [Source] https://www.congress.gov/bll/115th-congress/house-
 bill/5515
 [Source] https://www.foxnews.com/./pentagon-ukraine-
 corruption.
 [Source] https://www.npr.org/./pentagon-letter-undercuts-
 trump.
So that gives us a very good reason to believe that Trump was
not withholding aid for good reason. It has been debunked by
multiple reputable news sites and even the Pentagon itself.
 [Source] https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-
 50323605
But we still need to figure out if Trump knew the basis for
 investigating Biden was BS.
"As of October 2019, there is no evidence that Biden acted to
protect his son's involvement with Burisma, although Trump,
Giuliani, and their allies have fueled speculation."
"Mr Trump has alleged, without evidence, that Mr Biden
pressed for the sacking of a Ukrainian prosecutor to protect a
business that employed his son." (BBC)
"We found no evidence to support the idea that Joe Biden
advocated with his son's interests in mind, as the message
suggests. It's not even clear that the company was actively
under investigation or that a change in prosecutors benefited
 it." (Politifact)
 [Source] https:/lwww.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-
 49856788
 [Source] https://www.politifact.com/../fact-checking-joe-
 biden./
 [Source] https://www.nytimes.com/../politics/biden-son-
 ukraine.html
So it seems that there was no basis, both at the time that
Trump ordered the investigation and currently, for an
 investigation into Biden.
So, we can safely say that Trump made military aid to
Ukraine contingent upon Ukraine launching a bogus
investigation into his main political rival. Aka, Quid Pro Quo.
 Aka, violation of 52 U.S. Code § 30121.

Now we have to see if we can prove #6, 8, 10,
 11, and 14
[6] Did the 2016 Trump campaign accept help from Russia?
From the Wikipedia article on the Mueller report:
".the report stated that Russian interference in the 2016
presidential election was illegal and occurred "in sweeping
and systematic fashion", but was welcomed by the Trump
campaign as it expected to benefit from such efforts. It also
identifies links between Trump campaign officials and
individuals with ties to the Russian government, about which
several persons connected to the campaign made false
 statements and obstructed investigations."
As Mueller said himself, he wasn't able to collect enough
evidence to make a firm decision.
Did the Mueller report say it was likely? Oh yeah. Was there
enough evidence to be 100% sure? Nope.
[8] 17 women have accused him of sexual misconduct.
"Accused" is the key word there. Did it probably happen?
Yep. Is there enough evidence to be 100% sure? Nope.
Although, when you take a look at the things Trump has
 said.
"I moved on her, and I failed. I'l admit it.
I did try and fuck her. She was married.
And I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture
shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, "Ill show
you where they have some nice furniture." I took her out
furnitureH moved on her like a bitch. But I couldn't get there.
And she was married. Then all of a sudden I see her, she's
now got the big phony tits and everything. She's totally
 changed her look."
"I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her.
You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful- just start
kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait.
And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do
anything. Grab 'em by the pussy. You can do anything."
...I wouldn't be surprised if it were true. The dude is a creep.
But there has been no 100% provable evidence that he's guilty
of the crimes, at least that I know of.

[11] And as for stealing from his own charity.
"New York state Judge Saliann Scarpulla imposed the penalty
